Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Jake Mail Assistant by its application owner and explicitly authorized accounts.
1. Private application
Jake Mail Assistant is a private, owner-operated tool. It is not offered to the general public, and no right of public access is granted.
2. Authorized use
The application may be used only with Google accounts whose owners have explicitly granted access. Users must comply with Google service terms and applicable law.
3. User control
The account owner remains responsible for reviewing material actions and for maintaining account security. Access may be revoked at any time through Google Account permissions.
4. Availability
The application is provided for private operational use and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability is made.
5. Privacy
Handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
